Job summary

Kanaan Communications, LLC is seeking a Laborer on our Telecom Underground team in Canfield, Ohio. You will participate in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation, ensuring safety and efficiency on site.

You’ll work in all weather, assist with installation of underground telecom cabling, operate construction equipment, complete daily production reports, and help with site restoration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; relevant work experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety rules and procedures on construction sites.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Clearly communicate with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Help with site restoration efforts.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
