Ervin Cable Construction LLC in Adamsville, TN is seeking a Laborer for our Telecom Underground team. You will participate in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation on-site.

Responsibilities include installing underground telecom cabling, operating equipment, and maintaining work areas. Must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., with a HS diploma or GED, and prefer experience with hand tools and utility trucks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience operating hand tools and utility trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation tasks.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Clear communication with team members.
• Complete daily production reports and assist with site restoration.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
