Job summary

North Sky Communications, LLC is seeking motivated individuals to work outdoors and grow into leadership. A Class A CDL is required and on‑the‑job training is provided across underground telecom construction and equipment operation.

We offer weekly pay, PTO, holidays, comprehensive insurance, a 401(k) with match, and education reimbursement. Applicants should be 18+, able to pass pre‑employment testing, and willing to work overtime or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 2+ years of experience operating construction equipment, utility trucks, or driving commercial vehicles is preferred.
• Ability to learn and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely haul gear, deliver materials, and operate construction equipment on site.
• Install, excavate, and maintain underground telecom cables with precision.
• Operate and inspect heavy machinery and utility equipment safely.
