Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. is hiring a Laborer for our Telecom Underground team to participate in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation.

You will install underground telecommunications cabling, operate equipment, and maintain clean work sites while communicating clearly with teammates. The role supports daily production reporting and site restoration tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience required.
• CDL Class A is preferred but not required.
• Experience operating hand tools and utility trucks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Clearly communicate with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports and assist with site restoration.
