Ervin Cable Construction, LLC is seeking a 100% travel Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground in Douglasville, GA. The role oversees underground telecom construction crews, ensuring safe, timely, and accurate installation, maintenance, and repair of telecom equipment.

The ideal candidate may have an associates degree or 3 years of related experience, plus supervisory and project management skills. This salaried role requires travel nationwide and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a related field or 3 years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.

Responsabilités

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and/or repair of telecommunications equipment to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and safety in completion.
• Supervise day to day activities and project progress, establish guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables.
• Ensure excellent communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist in an assigned area, department or project.
• Identify and course correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve.
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues.
• Implement and maintain processes to assist completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project.
• Communicate with Company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed.
