The Walsh Group is seeking a Project Engineer II for an Underground Water project in Gilbert, AZ. You will support the project team with coordination, document control, and procurement activities on site.

Collaborating with a professional team, you will plan work, monitor progress, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in construction or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; internship, co-op, or prior employment is a plus.
• Specific roles may require relocation to project site.

Responsibilities

• Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.)
• Assisting and supporting project team with daily project coordination
• Procurement of construction materials
• Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks
• Coordination of subcontractors
• Survey and project layout
• Weekly pictures for progress reports
• Manage construction equipment
• Safety management
• Project estimating
• Inspect project site(s)

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred
