Job summary

J&A Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical is seeking an experienced Underground Plumbing Specialist to install, repair, and maintain underground residential systems. You will work on water and sewer lines, ensuring code compliance and quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates have excavation equipment experience, trenchless repair know-how, and strong customer communication. A valid driver’s license and familiarity with ServiceTitan are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating excavation equipment for underground plumbing projects.
• Ability to safely dig, trench, and backfill per local codes and safety standards.
• Knowledge of utility locating practices around existing underground utilities.
• Hands-on experience with underground pipe lining/trenchless repair methods.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as sewer cameras and locators.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain underground residential plumbing systems including water and sewer lines.
• Collaborate with team to plan and complete installations that meet code requirements.
• Customize and connect underground water supply lines and drainage to existing infrastructure.
• Provide professional, customer-focused communication.
