Job summary

Utilities One is seeking a highly motivated UG Operations Supervisor to oversee and support our in-house underground drilling crews. This role focuses on quality, safety and efficiency across UG operations in the region.

The position requires extensive travel—at least 80% of the time—within the assigned region. A company vehicle and travel expenses will be provided to support field leadership and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support in-house underground drilling crews to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Perform daily field inspections and coach new crew members to meet performance standards.
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to crew members while maintaining safety compliance.
