The Lead Field Trainer also evaluates employee skills, identifies training needs, and supports career development.
Preferred: Experience in a field leadership, supervisor, manager, or training role. Experience in both aerial and underground telecommunications construction.
Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desirable.

This is a field-based position requiring regular standing, walking, bending, climbing, and hands-on demonstrations. Work may take place outdoors at active construction sites and may involve heat, cold, dust, noise, uneven terrain, traffic, equipment, excavations, and elevated work areas.
Frequent travel between company locations, training facilities, and job sites is required. Early morning starts, schedule flexibility, and occasional overnight travel may be necessary.
The wage range for Underground Lead Field Trainer is $85,000.00 - $105,000.00.
