National OnDemand, Inc. is seeking an Underground Laborer to support field operations at construction sites.

You will follow crew leader directions, load and unload equipment, set up worksites, perform hand digging, and ensure safety and OSHA compliance throughout daily tasks. Ideal candidates have prior construction exposure and must meet physical requirements, with the ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen.

Your responsibilities will include following the crew leader's directions, loading, and unloading equipment, setting up work sites, hand digging, and maintaining safety and OSHA standards.

Primary Position Duties

• Operate and handle company assets in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow direction(s) specifically delivered from crew leader.
• Assist in loading and unloading equipment and supplies needed for daily work assignments.
• Setting up worksite.
• Hand dig with shovels.
• Restore worksite or anything disturbed during construction at completion of daily work.
• Assist in Traffic control.
• Other duties as needed.
• Follow all OSHA safety standards.

Position Requirements

The physical demands for this job include:

• Working primarily in the field.
• Working outdoors in all types of weather.
• Exposure to dust, fluctuating temperatures, and periodic high noise levels.

• Use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls.
• Reach with hands and arms.
• Stand, talk, and hear regularly.

Education Or Skills

• Previous experience in a construction environment preferred.
• Must be able to meet physical requirement of the position.
