Job summary

Celestar is seeking an All-Source Underground Facilities Analyst (Mid-Level) in Reston, VA, to support the Underground Facilities Analyst Contract. You will perform multi-INT research, produce analytic reports to strict standards, and maintain intelligence databases.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, with an Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph preferred. Expect to work independently, deliver concise briefing materials, and apply engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant analysis experience, with some within the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth underground facility (UGF) research and all-source analysis.
• Produce high-quality analytic reports and briefing materials.
• Maintain military intelligence databases and deliver finished analytic products.
• Work with multi-INT data and adhere to ICD 203/206 writing standards.
• Communicate findings clearly, both verbally and in writing.
