Job summary

RPMGlobal is seeking an Underground Equipment Specialist to manage and improve preventative maintenance for underground assets. Responsibilities include identifying UG asset reliability risks, supporting engineering teams, and tracking UG equipment failure issues.

Qualified candidates will have 5 years in UG equipment management, knowledge of explosives technology, and the ability to interpret technical documents. The position offers comprehensive health benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years in UG equipment management, engineering or reliability role.
• Knowledgeable in explosives technology.
• Familiar with delivery equipment used in UG explosives applications.
• Knowledge of maintenance processes and activities for UG equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents (e.g. P&IDs, equipment specifications).
• Basic computer skills including MS suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve preventative maintenance for underground assets.
• Identify and manage UG asset reliability risks.
• Support the engineering team as a key technical resource.
• Track issues related to UG equipment failure and assist in development of plans.
• Write and maintain MPU specifications.
