TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Underground Construction Superintendent to oversee daily operations, ensuring productivity and quality across multiple crews. You will coordinate with the Supervisor or Outside Plant Manager to meet customer satisfaction and project goals.

Responsibilities include organizing equipment, materials and labor, verifying locates and billings, and supporting safety policies. Travel may be required; DOT paperwork must be maintained when applicable.

Qualifications

• Underground utility construction experience required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memos and diagrams.
• Knowledge of safety programs and quality processes.
• DOT paperwork handling and driver license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate jobs with subcontractors and management.
• Organize equipment, materials and labor to meet timelines.
• Verify locates, materials and billings for accuracy.
• Submit change orders and pass information to admin teams.
• Monitor production reports and complete as-builts.
