Job summary

Charge EPC's VPC division in Sacramento seeks a Project Manager to lead underground construction projects from inception to completion, managing scope, schedule, safety, and budget while coordinating field crews, engineers, and clients to deliver quality on time.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in engineering or construction management, a bachelor’s degree, and a proven ability to drive complex projects with strong organization and communication for utility-sector work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, project management, business, or construction management preferred.
• 5–10 years of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of underground construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, safety, and budget across multiple teams.
• Coordinate field crews, engineers, and client communications to ensure quality and timeliness.
