Qualifications

• Research and analyze business, compliance, and legal topics.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts and other business documents.
• Support ethics initiatives, training, and program development.
• Assist with due diligence for acquisitions and strategic transactions.
• Protect and manage IP assets (patents, trademarks, copyrights).
• Explore AI-enabled workflows across legal and compliance functions.

Responsibilities
