In conjunction with the project work, you will have the opportunity for professional development through training sessions, one-on-one support, and various networking events.
Be part of Amgen's newest and most advanced drug substance manufacturing plant. When completed, the Amgen North Carolina FleX Batch facility will combine the latest in single-use technologies with traditional stainless-steel equipment to allow for maximum flexibility in operations. The FleX Batch facility will not only feature the best in-class drug substance manufacturing technologies with embedded industry 4.0 capabilities, but it will also integrate sustainability innovations to reduce carbon and waste, as part of Amgen's plan to be a carbon-neutral company by 2027.
Operations is one of three foundational functions at Amgen with a mission to manufacture and deliver safe and effective medicine to patients around the world. The Operations function is divided into the following five sub- functions: Supply Chain, Process Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Facilities & Engineering.
We are currently seeking highly motivated, hardworking individuals who will lead initiatives, strategic analysis, and business case development on projects across the Operations functions present at Amgen North Carolina. During this program, you will focus on making effective recommendations to the organizations senior leadership.

The base pay range for this opportunity in the U.S. is $28.87 per hour.
