Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with brakes, suspension, alignment and steering systems.
• Proficient with alignment machines, diagnostic tools, and basic hand/power tools.
• Attention to detail and quality of workmanship.
• Team-oriented with ability to work in a busy shop.
• ASE certifications or equivalent are a plus but not required.
• Physical ability to lift heavy components in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brake systems including rotors, calipers, pads and hydraulics.
• Perform suspension repairs: shocks, struts, ball joints, control arms.
• Conduct wheel alignments for proper handling and tire life.
• Repair or replace steering components like tie rods, racks, linkages.
• Inspect and recommend necessary repairs to ensure customer safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
