COUNTRY Financial® Insurance Agents operate as independent contractors who build and manage their own book of business across the full range of COUNTRY Financial® products and services.

Agents enjoy uncapped earning potential, flexibility in scheduling, and ongoing access to learning and marketing resources within a family‑oriented culture. Licenses in property/casualty and life/health are pursued as needed for contract decisions.

• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to inform clients of our financial products and services.
• Establish an office and build a staff.
