Job summary

Sephora in Branson is seeking a Store Manager, Unassigned, to inspire and lead teams while delivering exceptional client experiences. This role is seated in a salaried, exempt, full-time framework designed for growth in large markets.

You will bench for up to 90 days and then transition to your own store, driving sales, budget alignment, and brand standards. Ideal candidates bring hands-on leadership on the sales floor, a passion for experiential retail, and strong organizational and coaching

As our Store Manager, Unassigned, you’re a key team member who inspires, leads by example, and makes life a little more beautiful for our clients and teams. The Unassigned role allows Sephora to bench a SM candidate in large markets with growth opportunities. The Unassigned role is designed for the individual to be in position for 30-90 days and move to their own store.

Your responsibilities include

• Creating amazing customer experiences Through strong client Focus and collaboration, you are always seeking ways to improve client service, solve problems and build strong relationships where the ideas and input of others are welcomed. Use Sephora’s tools and data to measure KPIs and propose action plans to improve
• Developing Sales and Budget Strategies Your strategic vision and drive for results will lead to maximized sales and profitability by identifying, analyzing, and forecasting sales or opportunities. You will move the organization forward by consistent commitments to meeting objectives & results
• Managing Day to Day Store Operations Drive operational initiatives and ensure profitability and efficiency of your store. You will cultivate creativity & disruption to ensure the store represents our brand and culture, using our policies, values, and best practices as your guide
• Enhancing our culture by engaging & inspiring through our Sephora values Passion, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect, Teamwork, and Initiative. You will help others grow by understanding their strengths and provide coaching and development

• experience as a hands‑on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help teams succeed

• flexible availability to work
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand/walk the sales floor for entire shift, work in a fragrance filled environment, handle & apply products to clients
• Adherence to Sephora’s dress code and other policies in the Employee Handbook
• Ability to be mobile within the market, able to relocate a plus

$67,000.00 - $95,000.00. The actual pay offered depends on various factors, including qualifications for the position and relevant experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position or location.
