Job summary

907 Tactical Security Group is seeking motivated Security Officers to join our stealth-focused team in Anchorage. The role emphasizes integrity, physical fitness, and a strong customer-service mindset to protect client properties and the public. Training in first aid, de-escalation, and use-of-force is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clean background with no criminal convictions.
• Physical strength and fitness.
• Clean cut appearance and grooming standards required.
• Strict moral and ethical code of integrity and honesty.
• Minimum one year prior experience as a Security Guard (may be waived for Unarmed Officers).
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to operate security systems and emergency equipment.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work alone with limited supervision as well as to be a team player.
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and to respect a Chain of Command.
• Ability to solve problems as they arise.
• Ability to react appropriately in stressful situations and to use Deescalation techniques.
• Good understanding of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
• Ability to submit daily written reports.
• Outstanding surveillance and observation skills.
• Trained in First Aid/BLS and selfdefense (training is provided).
• Trained in legal Use of Force (training is provided).

Responsibilities

• Patrolling and monitoring activities on client properties to deter crime and ensure safety.
• Evicting trespassers and detaining suspects while following legal protocols.
• Cooperating with law enforcement and documenting incidents.
• Providing detailed daily reports to client management and security supervisors.
• Inspecting and patrolling premises regularly.
• Responding to alarms and acting promptly.
• Providing assistance to people in need.
• Protecting the public on client property.
• Submitting daily surveillance reports and maintaining training standards.

Security Guard Duties

• Patrolling and monitoring activities on Client properties and other premises regularly to discourage criminal activity and ensure the environment is safe and secure.
• Evicting trespassers and violators and detaining suspects/perpetrators while following legal protocols before relevant authorities arrive to take over.
• Cooperating/working with law enforcement in documenting criminal complaints and transferring custody of detained and/or arrested suspects.
• Providing detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred to client management and security supervisors.
• Inspect and patrol premises regularly.
• Respond to alarms and react in a timely manner.
• Provide assistance to people in need.
• Protect the public while on client property.
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity.Maintain regular training standards and relevant security qualifications and certifications.
