NOLA Protection Group in New Orleans, LA is seeking an Unarmed Transit Safety Officer at the Erato Cruise Terminal to manage heavy vehicle and pedestrian flow, direct guests to parking terminals and check-in areas, and provide exceptional hospitality, clear communication, and assistance to travelers in a safe, organized, and welcoming environment.

Starting pay is $14.00 per hour; TWIC is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be registered or able to register with the Louisiana State Board of Private Security Examiners (LSBPSE).
• Must be at least 18 years old with a HS diploma or equivalent and pass a background/fingerprint check.

Responsabilités

• Flow Coordination: Direct heavy vehicle and pedestrian flow entering the terminal safely and efficiently.
• Passenger Guidance: Direct guests to designated parking terminals and check-in areas.
• Customer Service: Provide hospitable, clear communication and assistance to travelers.
• Environment Adaptability: Work outdoors for extended periods in heat, rain, and cold.
