Job summary

Admiral Security Services is seeking a security professional in the United States (Washington) to perform access control, enforce policies, patrol premises, and report incidents per contract requirements.

You will interact with clients, visitors and officials while maintaining safety standards and exceptional service. The role requires standing, walking and staying alert in varying temperatures, with potential indoor/outdoor duties and computer tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Must possess Wear and Carry permit and Guard Card.
• High school diploma or GED required; customer service skills essential.
• One year of verifiable work experience preferred; military/concierge or related degree considered.
• Ability to multitask, use Microsoft Office, and follow site post orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform access control for guests, tenants and vendors per contract and post orders.
• Enforce client and company policies and procedures.
• Observe and report fire and safety hazards promptly.
• Conduct routine foot patrols around the building.
• Report issues to operations manager, client, and department managers as appropriate.
• Interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees and the public.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will perform various security duties as outlined by contract requirements and site specific post orders.These duties may include:

• Access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Enforcement ofClient and Company policies and procedures.
• Observationand reporting offire and safety hazards.
• Conduct of routine foot patrols in and around building.
• Reporting of all pertinent issues and incidents to the operations manager, the client and other Admiral/ADM Department Managers as appropriate.
• Interaction with a variety of persons including clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees and the general public.
• Other duties as assigned.

This position may require work inside and outside in varying temperatures. This position requires standing for prolonged periods of time, walking, bending and some lifting. A portion of this position may require sitting in front of a computer for prolonged periods of time.

Qualifications

All candidates:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a valid Wear and Carry permit and Guard Card.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Must be comfortable with Microsoft office products.
• Must be able to operate and maintain site specific security programs.
• Must have at least one year of verifiable work experience. One year of military, concierge or an AA or BA in a related field will be considered as well.
