Job summary

Allied Universal, Alpine, CA, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Company Site Patrol Driver. The role involves unarmed patrols at a utilities location, outstanding customer service, and strict adherence to site policies. You will drive to the site, monitor access, respond to incidents, and prepare incident reports.

Minimum requirements include 1 year of security experience, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or equivalent. A Guard Card and background check may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• A drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities and perimeter boundaries to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials according to site policies; document activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms, communicating with site contacts and emergency responders.
• Prepare accurate patrol and incident reports following procedures.
