Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time, Unarmed) in Atlanta, GA, to protect clients across cultural institutions and other venues. You will patrol, deter incidents, and provide welcoming customer service while maintaining a visible presence and adhering to site procedures.

The role requires 1 year of security experience, a high school diploma, and completion of background checks and drug screening where required. Schedule includes day shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and guests per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols in galleries, spaces, and perimeter.
• Respond calmly to incidents and concerns following site procedures.
• Monitor access points and support security operations during events.
• Document observations and incidents accurately and communicate with leadership.
