Job summary

Doyle Security Services, Inc. is seeking a security officer to observe and report activities at a client site, protect property and personnel, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents.

This role requires standing for long periods, weekend availability, a valid NYS Security Guard License, and strong customer-service skills to interact professionally with visitors and staff. You will complete detailed reports, patrol access points, monitor surveillance, and follow supervisor instructions

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid NYS Security Guard License.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Must have exceptional Customer Service Skills.
• Must be able to verbally de-escalate situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, protecting property and personnel.
• Make periodic site tours to check for irregularities and enforce regulations as directed.
• Stand for the majority of the workday.
• Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interview witnesses.
