Job summary

Metro One Loss Prevention Services Group is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer in Castle Shannon, PA. You will deliver excellent customer service, monitor premises, and report incidents to keep clients and visitors safe.

Requirements: 18+, HS diploma/GED, US work authorization, reliable transportation, ability to pass drug screening and background checks. Prior security or law enforcement experience is a plus; state license is preferred and we can help you obtain it.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass drug testing and background checks.
• Prior security, military, corrections, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• State Security License preferred; assistance to obtain it may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and complete accurate daily activity reports.
• Observe and report on activities at the assigned post.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to incidents and emergencies.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.

• Observe, survey, and report on activities at your assigned post.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to critical incidents and emergencies.

What Were Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong, stable work history.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• Prior experience in security, military, corrections, or law enforcement is a plus.
