Prosegur Security USA, Inc is seeking a Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer for Monday and Tuesday shifts from 12pm to 8pm in Cranston, RI. The role offers an hourly wage of $19 and weekly pay.

You will maintain a safe environment, observe hazards, and report issues while interacting professionally with clients and staff. The position requires 18+, a HS diploma/GED, and at least 1 year of security experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must have one (1) year of experience as a security officer.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have good communications skills.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Must be able to walk/run flights of stairs daily.
• Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods.
• Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while performing unarmed security duties.
• Promote safety by staying alert to observe, correct, and report hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and client post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public professionally.
• Demonstrate customer service orientation and basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Perform routine foot patrols and work in all-weather conditions as an Unarmed Security Officer.
