Allied Universal in Theodore, AL is seeking a Security Officer – Incident Response Patrol for a full-time, unarmed position. You will patrol, monitor, and protect client sites, delivering outstanding customer service while upholding site procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, reporting observations, and coordinating with supervision to complete shift documentation. A security license and CPR/First Aid are preferred, with a high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/locality.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior spaces, exterior areas, parking facilities, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management processes in accordance with site requirements, documenting observations and incidents as needed.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal supervision while completing required activity reports and shift documentation.
