Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of premises, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior or policy violations.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications accurately.
