Job summary

Responsibilities include following SOPs for basic and emergency responses, patrolling the site, liaising with security and building management, and producing detailed reports on building activity. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• DCSPO certification required.
• CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Follow prescribed SOPs for basic and emergency responses.
• Work weekends.
• Liaise with security and building management to communicate and solve problems.
• Create detailed reports on building activity.
• Patrol the site.
• Perform duties in accordance with Post Orders.
• Control/restrict access to the property.
• Respond to major occurrences with speed and accuracy.
