Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen per policy and local regulations.
• License requirements per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by following security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, entrances, and perimeters to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and traffic, document visitor activity, and report irregular conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, coordinating with site contacts and responders.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain logs for patrols and observations.
