• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks will be conducted as required by law.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients while carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations following reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols at the location including business areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify authorization and maintain incident documentation.
