PalAmerican Security is seeking an Unarmed Security Guard to help maintain safe, welcoming sites across our multi-site portfolio in Arizona. This role emphasizes customer care, vigilance, and timely incident reporting.

Ideal candidates hold a current security license, have at least 2 years of security experience, a clean driving record, and are at least 18 with a HS Diploma or GED. Schedule includes 40 hours with Wed/Thu 2pm-10pm and Sat/Sun 6pm-6am, offering solid benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Must have a valid unarmed security license.
• Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of security experience.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols on foot or by vehicle.
• Serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activity.
