Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, parking facilities, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and support visitor and employee entry processes.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports and communicate findings to leadership.
