Qualifications

• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and personnel by following site security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns in a calm, professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities and perimeters across assigned sites.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity.
• Complete shift logs and communicate information to leadership.
