Job summary

DSI Security Services in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking Security Officers to maintain safe, welcoming environments for clients, employees, and the public. You will conduct visible patrols, observe and report hazards, and complete reports accurately while following client-specific instructions.

Join a diverse team and receive ongoing training. The role is full-time with evening and weekend shifts; starting pay is $19.24 per hour with benefits including Vision and Medical Insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Reliable transportation and means of communication.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Observe, report, and respond to hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity
• Follow DSI policies, client requirements, and post-specific instructions

As a Security Officer, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients, their employees, and the public. This role requires professionalism, attentiveness, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

The following shifts are available:

Monday to Thursday 6:00pm – 11:00pm

Friday 5:00pm – 9:00pm
