Job summary

M1 Global is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer to provide frontline security and customer service at our Grand Ledge location. You will monitor entrances, patrol posts, and report daily activities while ensuring a safe environment for clients and staff.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are legally eligible to work in the U.S., and can pass drug and background checks. Prior security experience is a plus, and license assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• Prior security, military, corrections, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• State Security License preferred; assistance to obtain it may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and complete accurate daily activity reports.
• Observe, survey, and report on activities at your assigned post.
• Respond quickly to critical incidents and emergencies.
