Job summary

Metro One LPSG is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer at our Indianapolis post. The role focuses on protecting people and property while delivering excellent service to clients and visitors.

You will monitor CCTV, complete daily activity reports, and respond to emergencies. Must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and be eligible to work in the U.S. Drug tests and background checks apply. State license preferred; we can assist.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• Prior security/military/corrections/law enforcement is a plus.
• State Security License preferred; assistance available to obtain it.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and complete accurate daily activity reports.
• Observe, survey, and report on activities at your assigned post.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
