M1 Global in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to join our team. You will deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors while maintaining a safe, secure environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring CCTV, completing daily activity reports, observing and reporting on post activities, and responding quickly to incidents and emergencies. Must meet job qualifications and be able to obtain a state security license.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• State security license preferred; assistance available to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance and complete daily activity reports.
• Observe, survey, and report on activities at the assigned post.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
