Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and carry out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and follow escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of utilities locations, buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor and report unusual conditions, unauthorized access, and equipment concerns to site contacts and leadership.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation.
