Metro One Loss Prevention Services Group (Guard Division), Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer in Council Bluffs, IA.

The role includes two weeks of paid training to become a Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst, overseeing real-time alarm monitoring, incident assessment and coordinated response. You will serve as a central communications hub, support business continuity, and ensure adherence to security protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior SOC/command center or physical security experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with video surveillance, access control and alarm systems is expected.

Responsabilités

• Monitor alarms, access control and intrusion systems to identify threats.
• Audit security systems and identify vulnerabilities for improvements.
• Coordinate and dispatch resources during incidents as the primary communications hub.
• Lead crisis communications and support business continuity actions.
• Assist in commissioning, testing and configuration of new security systems.
• Compile documentation for reports, audits and investigations.
