Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Guard card/license preferred and basic computer usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while following site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas and entrances.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor and contractor entry procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms and notify site contacts or emergency services.
• Prepare reports and maintain activity logs for patrols and observations.
