Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Computer Reporting in Santa Clara, CA. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver exceptional customer service using security software and incident reporting tools.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; CPR/First Aid and licenses are preferred. Daytime shifts with a consistent schedule; 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles as applicable.

Qualifications

• Provides customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet to log activity and incidents.
• Ability to respond calmly to incidents and emergencies.
• Background check and licensing may be required by local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the technology facility, including interior areas, exterior grounds, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor and report unusual activity, facility conditions, and potential policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with site requirements.
