Allied Universal in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time, Unarmed) to monitor and protect a technology-focused site. You will perform patrols, manage access points, and respond to incidents while delivering courteous service to employees, visitors, and contractors.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and adherence to site-specific policies. Minimum requirements include age 18+, a high school diploma, background check, drug screening, and any necessary licenses.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery traffic while supporting compliance with site entry procedures and maintaining accurate activity reports.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, observations, and security-related needs.
