We are hiring a professional and competent UNARMED security officer for a multifamily (apartment) site in Houston TX 77084. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 9pm-5am. The pay rate for this position is $16.00 hourly with vehicle. Working smart phone with active internet plan and a working vehicle in good condition.

Responsibilities:

• Perform access controls at gates.
• Foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
• Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
• Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
• Provide assistance to people in need.
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
• Other duties not listed here but pertinent to the client sites.

Skills:

• Familiarity with detailed report writing.
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills-Tech-savvy with experience in electronic report writing.
