Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, loading areas, trailer yards, access points, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
