Allied Universal in San Jose, CA is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Report Preparation. You will perform routine site patrols at a financial institution, maintain a visible presence, and deliver professional customer service while documenting activities.

This full-time role requires at least two years of security experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and background checks and drug screening as required. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the financial institution location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual activity or policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations according to site requirements.
• Help to deter unauthorized access, theft, and disruptive activity through a professional presence, observation, and timely reporting.
