Job summary

Doyle Security Services, Inc. is seeking a security guard to observe and report activities at an assigned client site, ensuring the safety of people and property. The role involves periodic patrols, enforcing site regulations, and standing for a large portion of the shift.

Schedule: Saturday – Monday 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and Wednesday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (32 hours). Pay up to $19.50 per hour, with benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401K, PTO, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 5-7 Year U.S. work history may be required.
• Valid NYS Security Guard License.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must be able to understand the English language and communicate effectively in both the verbal and written form.
• Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.

Responsibilities

• Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
