Job summary

PalAmerican Security is seeking Unarmed Security Guards to monitor construction sites across New Mexico. Ensure safety, uphold licensing requirements, and support a secure environment for residents and visitors.

This role offers full-time, part-time, and flex shifts with comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include patrols, deterrence of illegal activity, accurate logging, incident reporting, and courteous customer service.

Qualifications

• Current NM Level 1 Security License or equivalent required.
• Clean driving record and valid Driver's License.
• Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of security experience or relevant service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol construction sites on foot or by vehicle.
• Serve as a visible deterrent to unauthorized activity and safety hazards.
• Provide courteous customer service and handle inquiries empathetically.
• Maintain logs and write detailed incident reports.
• Respond to security incidents and suspicious activities in a timely manner.
