Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors at a government-operated retail location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions or access violations.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, controlled manner and contact emergency services if needed.
• Document patrols and security-related activities accurately and promptly.
